Charitable Grant Forms:

Education Grant, formerly called Hometown Grant: The Hometown Grant which was adopted by the Foundation in 1991 is now the Education Grant. The program requests that lodges do fundraisers within their community and make grant application to the Foundation Board and if approved, they will receive a matched dollar for net dollar raised up to $2000. Through the years, the money has mainly been used for student scholarships. Some of the other charities included Bikes for Books, Close Up Program, Boy Scouts and other youth activities and Scottish Rite Language and Learning Centers. Now, the Education Grant is used solely for Student Scholarships. Contact the Grand Lodge for more information on the Education Grant Application.

Community Charity Matching Grant: This is a program developed in commemoration of the 125th Anniversary of the Grand Lodge A.F & A.M. Of North Dakota. The ND Masonic Foundation sponsors up to $2000 matching grants to be used by the lodge for some charitable need within their community. Lodges have to make grant application to the Foundation Board and if approved, they will receive a matched dollar for net dollar raised up to $2000.
